Sample at the tap room. Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is hoppy with citrus and pine notes. Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall. jsquire (4420) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - SEP 3, 2014
Copper color out of the tap. The bartender filled up the snifter so there was not much room for a head. Rich nose of candied grapefruit rind. This is a full bodied IPA with chewy caramel and toffee sweetness layered with lots of grapefruit peel, hop resin and pine flavors. Sharp pine and candied citrus in the finish. Really rich, flavorful IPA.

on tap @ Eudora Brewing / Kettering OH --- Clear dark amber, light head cover, mottled bars of lace. Taste is malt, but not for long. Strong citrus hops dominate from the palate to a long lingering finish. Not at all well balanced, but not illp-conceived, either. Hop-heads will l.ike this. snoworsummer (5615) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - AUG 22, 2014

Tap at brewery. Pours clear amber/copper with creamy off-white head. Aroma is cereal and bready malts, grassy and dank hops, apple, and a touch of caramel. Flavor is dry malt base, toast, medium grassy and spicy hops, and some grapefruit esters; dry, bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 22, 2014
Taster on tap at the brewery. Labeled 6.4%; 65 IBU. Good big grapefruity citrusy hop aroma, very big hop character for the ABV. Tropical fruity malt notes. Great hoppy red beer... Mostly clear red orange color, with virtually no head or lace on my taster. Great bigger bitter taste, little, kind of zesty sweetness. Bigger alcohol than the ABV suggests, a light assertive bite to this. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. Medium to bigger body. Very tasty, assertive, hoppy red IPA that tastes like 7.5%... (but itís 6.4???) Daytonbeer (730) - Ohio, USA - DEC 28, 2013
