Squizzle (305) - Ashland, Oregon, USA - NOV 7, 2016
UPDATED: MAR 12, 2017 The story behind this beer is that I had a house sitter that completely cleaned me out of every drop of alcohol in my house including my last beer in the fridge. However, I had stashed this bomber under the sink. This beer was amazing and a life saver. I never used those housesitters again.

"Murky dark orange pour. Adequately bitter, but overly malty and very obviously old. Don’t know how much I’d have cared for this one even fresh. Bought at the PDX made in Oregon store. No date."

Bomber. Grapefruit, pine and caramel. Well balanced. Light bitterness throughout. Solid IPA finish.

Pours a cloudy golden with nice carbonation. Taste is a nice hops straw taste. Aroma is hops and malt.

hotstuff (5289) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - MAR 25, 2013
Backlog rating 2-25-2009 (Bottle) This beer pours a small white head with poor retention, fizzy fast rising carbonation, hazy body, no lacing, and a golden hue. The Aroma is sweet, honey, grapefruit and pine. The Taste is sweet, honey, bitter, grapefruit, and pine. The Palate is tingly and this is a medium bodied IPA. All-in-all, a tasty IPA.

pour orange with a red tint and a big fluffy head. I did not enjoy this beer at all, i felt it was like drinking bitter orange peelings. It was sweet with a strong citrus peel taste, there was some pine and lighr spicyness to it and it finished bitter.

maekchu (4184) - Hirakata, JAPAN - JAN 21, 2013
Draught at Rogue Distillery & Public House, Portland. From notes (March 2010). The aroma hopping really comes through (90 IBU with a modest, light malt bill). Yellow and yellow. Very good, chewy body. Well-balanced through mid and final. The best of the Rogue stuff we had that day.

xarcadia (44) - California, USA - JAN 12, 2013
Mild aroma, smells like a lager. Sour taste, with bitter aftertaste. I was not a big fan.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours a cloudy deep golden with a small white head. Biscuity malts in the nose combined with some aromatic hops. Medium body, biscuity malts with a very solid if not overly sophisticated bitterness. 271212
