Tap at the brewpub. Bright red color like a cherry lambic. Surprising aroma that has hibiscus and honey. Balanced flavors with hibiscus, Bit o Honey candy, and lightly tart acidity. Good.

One year bottle. Many thanks to guys from Browariat (Katowice, PL)! Aroma is really faint with notes of cranberry sourness and some unknown sweety notes (honey? I don’t think so). Muddy pink in the glass with almost none head. Taste is definitely sour with notes of cranberry, bit of sourkraut and floral character. Hibiscus gone away, but in the long run it’s a good Sour Ale.

This belongs in sours, not spice/herb/etc... Murky darker red. Aroma of sour berries, hibiscus oak and light vinegar. Body is light. Flavor has a little pucker. Berries, cherries, leather, funk. Pretty good.

Ruby pour with a pink head. Pretty. Light tart and herbal aroma with some light berry fruits, too. Nice initial tart slap followed by sweet berry, light musty notes, a bit of floral notes, and some faint herbal. Medium thin body. Finish has nice light dry qualities. Very enjoyable.

draft at crosby farms .. . light ruby amber .. mild foam, lacing .. . flowers, hibiscus, light white wine, berry .. . mouth is plucky, subtle finish .. pretty good, could do without the hibiscus .. . . personally I don’t really care but my father, he loves grinding them up; it gives him a rush. daddy’s a bad, bad man.

Bottle share. Pours a little bit on the pink side of orange, light head. Nose is floral and sweet; tastes lightly sour, but mostly sweet. Light florals compliment the sweetness and light pucker. Good.
