Cloudy golden color. Good head. Strangely sweet smell. Also has a sweet taste. Both are kind of like sweet tarts. Bitter and candy like aftertaste.
This was just a bad beer all around. No taste for a IPA. Picked it up by accident, meant to grab a Southern Tier IPA. puboflyons (3495) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 26, 2016
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with a really smudged stamped date so I don’t know how old this was. This bottle was brewed by Hooker Brewing in Connecticut not Cooperstown or Pennsylvania as the RB description states. Light to medium amber tone with a long lasting white head. Active carbonation. The aroma has a more resiny or floral hop presence and also a pale malt sensation. The body is medium. The taste tends to focus on the malts rather than the hops so in that sense it may be a traditional IPA. But there is a rather off-putting cellar dank sweetness at the end. gnoff (10985) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 29, 2016

Hazy golden color, off-white head. Hoppy, citrus, mild caramel taste. Citrus aftertaste. Medium light mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Hoppy citrus scent.
A golden ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, restrained, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light grapefruit pulp, decent. On tap at Molly Malloys. rentonj7 (250) - Havertown, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 9, 2016
Pour from bottle - light amber with small head that fades quickly with fair lacing. Earthy aromas dominate, a little dank, some citrus and herbal notes in background. Taste is kind of dank with biscuit and a little lemony citrus on short bittering finish. Mouthfeel is light with a long finish that has hints of chemicals. I’m not sure if the strange flavors hide a good beer or cover up a mediocre one.

Strong in the category. Holds the taste and the smell. Nothing special about it but it is worth the taste. I am sure first time IPA lovers can buy this and feel special.

Meh. Nothing special here. If there is nothing else around it’s okay. Certainly not worth craft beer prices. Aroma is meh citrus...taste is meh citrus + malt... finish is meh...crush it and be done...the trash truck driver in our neighborhood loves honking his truck’s horn... jflopsu (1801) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 29, 2015
Pours a hazy gold. Has a citrus, hop, grain and pine aroma. A bit grainer than expected with little citrus hops. A bitter malty aftertaste nimbleprop (8750) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - AUG 13, 2015
On tap at Black Squirrel’s NKOTB event pours a clear orange with a ring of white head. Nose has orange, soap, heavy grass, heavy pith. Flavor is harsh, overly pithy, a touch industrial, a faux sweetness too. Astringent finish. This needs work.
