Pretty good stuff. Great appearance with a thick long lasting head and lots of lace. Aroma is mainly typical Belgian blonde with fresh hop and some of that pepper. Flavor’s a lot like nose, but not a lot of the Brett. Great drinking brew.

rumproasts (6052) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - NOV 20, 2015
bottle. Golden with two finger head. Medium sweet blonde with quite a bit of spicing, especially peppercorn, light clove. I don’t catch any Brett. Might be a bit overdone for my preferences.

A- pours a hazy dirty apricot with massive off white head with substantial lacing. S- Cornucopia of aromas. Great pepper stings and bazooka joe bubble gum yeasts give balance. Apricots, lemons, and doughs add a bit of decadence. Grass, must and soaps are more pungent towards the back end. Plastics and medicinal as it warms. M- medium tacky body with a good astringent burn. T- spice rack up front with pepper, cloves, coriander, tarragon and faint basil. Bubble gum in the middle with strong soap. Lemons , grass and a vinyl resin. Minerals and fading hops on the strong end. Good collaboration as strengths of both breweries are present.
