Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity, riped fruit, peppery hops - yeast (like yeast with peppercorn). Jack is back tasting at Bruce’s. Thanks to Jack. Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Light airy dry palate with mild fine carbonation. Airy malt and nice floralness. Very light touch of lemon sherbet. Mild hop bitterness and a whisper of vanilla. Light finish. Interesting flavour combinations.
