The Evil Twin Before, During, and After Christmas Beer. 500ml or 22oz bottle provided by Jeppe and shared at WLV...
pours an orangey amber hue, mostly transparent, with a thin to medium white head...
pungent aroma of tropical fruity hops, juicy and bold...
flavors offer much of the same beginning with an assertive tropical fruitiness, clean dry towards the finish, and ends on a well-bittered note.
body and carbonation match up well with the style.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting December, 2010. Pours unclear golden with a creamy lasting head and lacings. Pine needles and grapefruit. Fresh hops. Stikcy and oily. Full bodied. Crisp. Double IPA without too much malty sweetness. The way I like it. The best 2IPA I had in a while!

25-DEC-2010, bottle from "Fish & Beer".
Very dark...orange. Lovely hoppy bitter IIPA.
Long long bitter aftertaste.
Smooth fine and long. Citrus and bitterness goes hand in hand.
Love this. Happy X-mas baggio (337) - norrtälje, SWEDEN - DEC 25, 2010
Apperance: Golden orange with a hugh, white, head and some lacing.
Aroma: Caramel, Citrus, Peach, Flowers.
Taste: Caramel, Hint of alcohol, Tropical fruits, Grapefruit.
Palate: Quite thick and resiny with lots of bittering hops. Easy drink with lots of carbonation.
A good DIPA that could use a bit less alcohol and more hops at the end of the boil and some additional dryhopping. A solid effort! sunevdj (4094) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - DEC 23, 2010
