Hauki, Helsinki. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruits, toffee, some wood and mild grassyness. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with some toffee, wood, grass, herbs and also mild spicyness. Also the alcohol kicks in a bit once it warms up. Yet it’s quite pleasantly balanced.
On tap. Slightly hazy amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Very fresh and peachy hop aroma - lovely indeed. Medium body with a lightly sweet fruitiness and a distinct, dry and peachy hop finish. Very fresh and crispy. 141210 madmitch76 (25009) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 19, 2011

Bottle shared with Mes&Sim, Leighton and Scopey at the CP&K. Cheers! Hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Light hop nose. Light softish palate, very soft. Tiny bit of aniseed in the background, otherwise hides the 10.0% very well. Deep rich orange and orange marmalade hops. Some creamy malt supporting. Very very drinkable. Really like this style of delivering tasty but not over bitter hops in a soft palate.
tap at brewdog ... hazy orange ... creamy white head ... zezty lemon passion nose ... zezty very hoppy ... light soapy lemon ... light bitter hop ... little lemon rind ... Leighton (21513) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 16, 2011
Bottle at CPK, thanks to Ken. Hazy amber pour with a foamy, white head. Huge resin aroma, grapefruit. Flavor is very sweet, lots of caramel and honey, bit of bread, tons of hops, like fruity citrus rinds. Full in body with average carbonation. Warming finish, tons of bitterness, fruity and piney. The real deal here.
