Good beer for the "Before" and I let it warm some before pouring a healthy sized, foamy, frothy, fluffy, thick, off-white head that lasts a while and plenty of lace. Color is a slightly hazy amber apricot with a number of bubble trails. Aroma is classic, heavy duty American IPA - lots of grapfruit, pineapple, citrus, resin, malt, caramel. yeast. Flavor’s like nose with just more of everything, although there’s a slight muting of carbonic tang and corresponds to likewise slightly soft carbonation. Body is good and full. Finish is like flavor, very long and has only an indication of alcohol. Nice beer if you’re in need of a hop fix. TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - NOV 7, 2011
Draft at Avenue Pub. I think this is the version I had, not completely sure. And not sure if it was bottle or draft, but I think draft. Nose is lightly sweet, heavy resinous hops. Flavor is cotton candy, herbal and resinous hops, light cannabis. Solid, but still a little sweet. Fresher than most European ipa’s I’ve had though. lortsker (332) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 4, 2011

On tap at Schoukjelleren, Oslo. Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head.Aroma of strong fruity hops. Taste is fresh and very crisp hops, moderate sweet malts balancing quite good. Palme (4812) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 31, 2011
On Tap @ Schoukjelleren, Oslo. This is a cloudy light peach-orange beer with a nice light fluffy heavy lacing off-white head. The aroma is fruity and malty sweet, lots of nice peachy-hops and hints of grass and apricot. Lively carbonation level with a mild oily to light sticky mouthfeel. Good and classic DIPA flavors; strong malt-base with a nice powerful and mouthdrying flavors. Lot’s of apricot and tones of caramel and hedge in the finish with a lightly warming alcohol aftertaste. A classic not over complicated DIPA. Quite nice stuff. ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 25, 2011
Bottle @ Schouskjelleren, Oslo. Dark hazy orange body, medium white creamy head. Nose is full, thick syrupy tones of melon, green tea, grass and jasmine. Nice. Taste is grass hops, licorice, pine and strong, perfumy sweet malts. Wow. What a surprise. Gracious, original and very, very nice. This is really a beer I don’t need Christmas to drink! :-) wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 14, 2011
Tasted some time in mid 2011 on draft at Local Option. Pours clear, bright orange with an average white head that leaves a thin even collar of lace. The nose is bitter resin and citrus hops, with some lightly fruity yeast, and some wheaty cereal malt. The flavor is lightly sweet cereal and wheat malt up front, moving to bitter resin and citrus hops, with just a hint of fruity yeast. The body is medium and somewhat sticky, with average carbonation, and a long bitter resin finish. SimonRoller (391) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 7, 2011
