Bottle on new years eve this year with frumptydumpty and another one here tonight. Thanks Ryan. GUSHER!!!!!! Don’t remember this on new years eve, but my memory is slightly cloudy from that point in the night. Nose is coffee, roasted malt, light hops, vanilla. Flavor is similarly coffee dominated, roasted malts, some light tartness, a bit of booze, vanilla, cocoa. A little thin and boozy overall, but still drinkable. Pouring at Lord Hobo after the Night of the Barrels on the Friday night of EBF 2012. Pours a deep black to brown with a thin to medium sized tanned beige head. Roast, cocoa, toasted almonds. Medium bodied, silky smooth, super fine carbonation. Chocolate, roast, toast, cocoa, almonds. Tastes just like a chocolate biscotti, cocoa and lingering roast. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - FEB 2, 2012
