My first Evil twin brew. Maize with an off-white head and long-lasting sudsy lacing along the sides of the glass. On the aroma I get grapefruit, cactus, and yes, if you imagine hard enough, something that resembles cat piss. Floral hops, grapefruit and peach and a bit of melon but dusty rather than juicy with notable yeast presence and a peppery finish. Very enjoyable, very drinkable IPA but at $7.99 for 12oz it simply can’t compete as a regular drinker.
Bottle, many thanks to bierkoning. Amber color with gushing white head. Creamy, yeasty, fruity aroma with nelson Sauvin hops. Taste, bitter sweet, caramel, grapefruit, toffee, spices. Spicy bitter finish. Good.

Labeled Catz Piss: Grass and shrubbery on the nose,. Clear amber, thick yellow head, good lacing. Grassy hay flavor, some DMS. A bit disappointing, but it didn’t taste like cat piss. Drake (14058) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Bottle shared by Butters at the 18th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering. Pours a clear dark amber color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of toasted malts, sawdust and corn. Bottle @ 18th RG. Nice gold with pretty white head. Angels like corn on the cob. Tastes grainy and watery. Not what I’d hoped. Butters (4063) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUN 23, 2012

Ljuvlig.
