Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - caramel, dusty malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, orange - citrus, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
From tap at Ørsted Ølbar. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is wooden, peaches and citrusy. Grapefruity too. Roasted caramelish too. Mild spiced, sweet fruity impression and crisp bitter impression. Tangerine and grapefruity flavoured. Dry bitter and malty finish. Slight yeasty. Knowning what this keg went through I understand why this was far from optimal. It did however have a rather homebrew feel to it. Ungstrup (38941) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 1, 2010

Bottle from the Struise beer shop. Cloudy amber beer, creamy off white head. Light Nelson Sauvin nose. Creamy malt base. Light minerally hops with a little citrus. Not so much Nelson. Some hop bitterness in the semi dry finish. Not bad but could do with being fresher, crisper and more Nelson!

Bottled. Hazy pale amber, small head. Peachy winegum aroma. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of citrus - kumquat and grapefruit. Really bitter finish, but without becoming aggressive. Realy good IPA!
