Sweet, sweet jammy nose. Strawberries and rhubarb. Nelson Sauvin notes all over this brew. Some toasty pepper notes, too. Surprisingly dry flavour - very satisfying. Not cloying and heavy on the tongue, as the nose would suggest. Nice malty - even some smokiness - aftertaste. Rasmus40 (20435) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2011
Clear amber with a huge off-white head. Aroma is caramel and rather hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and bitter finish. Very good but not fantastic. 080311 Meilby (11366) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 2, 2011

Bottled. Hazy pale amber, small head. Peachy winegum aroma. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of citrus - kumquat and grapefruit. Really bitter finish, but without becoming aggressive. Realy good IPA! michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 1, 2011
12oz. Bottle: Aroma of malt, hops, Earth, light citrus, slight grass, Nelson Sauvins, and dust. Poured amber/brown in color with a huge, foamy, fluffy, loose, off-white head that did not really diminished, and took up half of the glass. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tons of tiny and small particles throughout. Very good lacing. Flavor is medium to heavily bitter. Tastes of hops, pine, resin, malt, grass, and Nelson Sauvins. Medium body. Tingly, then dry texture. Average to slightly lively carbonation. Medium to heavily bitter, hop, pine, resin, grass, Nelson Sauvin finish is lightly dry. thornecb (5883) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 15, 2011
Pours deep amber into a snifter. Full-on micro foam fills glass and slowly craters and recedes. Sweet caramel, toast and resin aromas...sorry, and cat piss. Dry with tangerine and solvent upfront turing to bittersweet resin and tropical fruit peel in the lasting finish. blipp (9175) - La Mesa, California, USA - SEP 24, 2011
Draft. Pours orange with an off white head. Citric hoppy aroma with some light flowery notes and some sweet tropical notes. The flavor has citric and light piney hops, hint of tropical fruits, light flowery notes, and sweet malts. Good stuff. marcus (10156) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 29, 2011
Bottle from City Beer. Pours cloudy golden with an out of control beige head that takes a while to subside. There is a floral toffee aroma and a smooth caramel malt flavor with a deliciously dry hoppy finish. Easy to drink.
