Bottled. A black beer with a huge lazing dark brown beer. The aroma has strong notes of chocolate, alcohol, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of chocolate, alcohol, chocolate, and roasted malt, as well as some spices coming late, leading to a very dry finish, where both the alcohol, roasted malt, and hops. The alcohol tickles the palate. Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - JAN 9, 2011
Black of color with a nice brown head. An aroma of roasted malt, alcohol, liqurice, weak sweets and dark fruits. A flavor of roasted malt, sweets, liqurice and alcohol. Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JAN 1, 2011
It’s pitch-black with a huge, rather lively, but yet creamy head. The aroma has notes of hard-roasted malt, burnt coffee, bitter dark chocolate and a little dark fruits. The flavour has a light sweetness and a roasted bitterness. It has notes of hard-roasted malt, a hint of ashes, bitter coffee and chocolate and a little fruit. The finish is dry and bitter, and a little too raw for my liking. It has extremely much yeast in the bottle. agr (22) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2010

Bottle. Heavily gushing tan bubbly pour turning into a pitch black bodied beer with a medium tan head. Hard roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate, some coffee and light chili notes on the nose. Quite burning alcoholic flavour with notes of hard roasted malt, chili, hops, dark fruit and light coffee. Hits you right in the face. Long boozy roasted finish. Bottled 50cl. Ordered from www.erzbierschof.ch. Huge slightly gushing beer with a dark beige head. Minty nose which is mainly reminiscent of roasted malt. Too much carbonation to my liking. Not bad. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2010
Bottle. Slow gusher. Unreadable label... Sweet and dusty liquorice aroma, hint of paper and ashtray. Black colour, seems muddy. Big brown head. The flavour is sweetish and papery, perhaps a bit of smoke. Quite complex for an imperial stout. Rough finish, too much alcohol perhaps. Good start but not so good finish. yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2010
