Dejlig øl. 7 Good mix of aromas, but chocolate and coffe stick out above the sweet rich malty core.
4 Deep brown, ring head.
7 Tons of everything, deeply roasted malts, and bitter bitter hops.
4 Hops dominate the finish - quite biting.
14 Strong, and hinting at going beyond the bounds of reason, but just about staying arguably sane. Ends up being a good serious sipper.
cloudy dark brown, smooth small light brown head.
coffee, roasted grains, dark caramel, pleasant aroma, deep and warming.
flavor is roasted grains, licorice, wood, alc. works well, warming. super flavor, Very good imp stout.

Pours dark brown with a BIG off whit/caramel coloured head. Aroma of milk chocolate, cocoa, hops, vanilla, raisins and viniousity. Flavour is balanced well between sweet, dry and fruity. The soft milk chocolate and vanilla, matches the dry cocoa and hops well, and the raisins complement the viniousity and gives the beer a nice finish. The hops and cocoa stays for long in the aftertaste. I like the prickly feeling from the small bobles, it doesn’t feel that heavy because of this :o) thewolf (12631) - Kolding, DENMARK - DEC 10, 2010

Pours deep black with a giant, creamy, beige head. Aroma is sweet, milky chocolate, Nesquick, hazelnuts, cinnamon, coriander, mild vinious. High carbonation, fairly light palate with some oiliness. Flavour is very nice, good viniousness, lightly warming, deep chocolate, cinnamon, coriander, vanilla. Roasted malts is held beck to allow a good deal of sweetness. Very nice despite too high carbonation and a tad too much sweetness.
Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma dominated by chocolate, licorice and coffee, with a hard roasted note of ink, and fruity notes, mostly of cherry. Sweet and full flavour dominated by hard roasted malt, coffee and charcoal. Habanero (4723) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - DEC 7, 2010
Bottled. Pours opaque black with a huge, fluffy, tan head. Soft carbonation. Nose of roasted malts and coffee and with notes of spices. Sweet flavour of roasted malts, caramel, prunes, dark chocolate and with spicy notes. Full bodied and with creamy/oily texture. The finish is roasted with alcohol and a bitter notes. Very enjoyable. mjs (7470) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 6, 2010
(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Pikkulintu) The beer poured dark brown and cloudy. Its head was light brown and large. Aroma was roasty, malty and spicy. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, mildly roastedness, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was roasty and bitter. A nice imperial stout lacking the unpleasant extremes so many beers of this style way too often present.
