Bottle 33 cl from erzbierschof.ch. Black beer with huge ochre foam, very fine and fierce crackling, submarines of yeast. Aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, mocha, black licorice, hints of tar. The taste is rich, dark choc, coffee, toast, malt syrup, licorice, burnt malt, christmas pudding and raisin, note of rhum, christmas spices. Final ample, supple and creamy-smooth-mossy. 330 ml bottle on the train to RBNAG-11. Gusher (fu**ing embarrassing on the train then). Really beautiful body anyway. Almost clear, dark brown with a big brown head. Aroma is coffee, mocha, roasted malt and spices. Flavor is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, dark fruit, spices and decent bitterness. Fine body, bitter aftertaste with some yeast. Bottle @ Ølkonsortiet christmas beer tasting, gusher. After settling down to be poured into the glass its a black beer with a nice sized tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, licorice, dark chocolate. Taste is roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, raisins, light notes of smoke, booze. (12oz bottle that foamed quite a bit, from bu11zeye) clearish deep brown with soapy deep tan head. Nose is roasty, dark chocolate, bit herbal and stale coffee. Taste of alcohol, very hot, burns, chili peppers, fudge, quite unbalanced. Linger burns the throat.

Bottle courtesy bu11zeye. Pours a murky brown color with a ring of tan head. Aroma is chocolatey, dark malts, maybe a bit of vanilla and brownies. Flavor is sweet and chocolatey. Roasted brownies, and a tingle over the palate. Pretty tasty.
