Bottled. Hazy murky dark brown colour with a quite big creamy off-white head that leaves nice lace. Not a gusher. Aroma is roasted malts, toffee, some caramel, chocolate and mild coffee as well. Flavour is very similar with also some liquorice. Quite rich on the carbonation, but otherwise very nice! madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2011

Bottle from the Struise beershop. Cloudy brown beer, frothy tan head. Semi dry palate. A little prickly carbonation. Rich dark malt with a strong coffee streak. Some cream as well. Joins up nicely and in to a very drinkable beer.

Hard roasted malt in the nose, some vanilla and bitter dark chocolate also. Solid body, hard roasted malts, dark fruits and vanilla. Very malt bitter finish - ashy and dusty. Bottle at The Cad’s Pure Mad Rocket Mon The Beezer Tasting. Deep black-brown pour with a huge - HUGE - tan head. Dark malt nose with light chocolate, oxidation, and roast. A touch of fruits in the flavor, with sweet, mild mocha. Body is medium to full with tingly, strong carbonation and good warmth. Dark fruit, dark malt finish wth some alcohol sting. Quite dry and roasty. Very good, and improved as I drank it. Rasmus40 (21989) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - JAN 18, 2011
Black with big and lasting brown head. Far too high carbonation sent it gushing out. Aroma is hard roasted malt, dusty, spicy and light hoppy. It has a dry and rather rough bitter finish with notes of alcohol. 120111
