Bottle as 10.5% abv. Batch 2. Pours hazy amber with a creamy long lasting off white head. The aroma is sweet fruity hops, sweet caramel, malt, passion fruit, oranges and peach. The flavour is light alcoholic with loads of sweet exotic fruit and some wood. Like a piney fruit bowl. Quite dry hoppy finish. Jolly good. Bottle split with mcberko. Pours a hazy dark orange with a huge head. Aroma of piney hops and tropical fruits. Flavour of tropical fruits upfront, followed by some citrus and finishing with piney and resinous hops. Excellent.

12 oz. bottle, pours a murky orangey amber with a towering white head that explodes out of the bottle. Aroma is both very piney and fruity, boasting tropical fruits (peach, mango and pineapple) and piney, resinous hops. Flavour features these same tropical fruits, with some citrus fruits further back and some piney, resinous hops further subdued. Very enjoyable. skortila (5873) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 12, 2011

33 cl bottle. BBE 2015laiti (8481) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 7, 2011
Pours hazy amber orange colour with huge foamy head that keeps on growing. Aroma of exotic fruits, light malts, caramel, some distant plum, grassy hops, some distant berries and syrup. Flavour of sweetish caramel malts, hoppy fruits, apricot, sugar candy and syrup. Rather odd DIPA but definitely not in a bad way. Oh, and did I already mention about the overly active and unstoppable foam..?
33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 2015wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 30, 2011
Very much foam when pouring. Earthy aroma with some fruitiness that becomes richer as beer goes by. Flavour is tart with some hops and citrus. The white wine can be observed in the tartness and earthiness. Foamy palate, transforms into a foam in mouth. Weird but somewhat nice, the white wine comes through more and more as you drink this one. Not really your typical DIPA.
Tasted in July 2011 from a 330mL bottle at Lush Roscoe. Pours cloudy orange with a massive beige head that slowly recedes to even lace. The nose is intense dusty and resin hops with caramel malt, and an added oaky caramelized character that I assume is from the chardonnay. The flavor features the caramel malt, and an obvious chardonnay fruit up front, moving to the intense dusty and resin hops. The body is full with average carbonation and a long bitter resin hops finish.
