COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all it must taste rare!

Rated on 10-30-2015 at 800 Degrees Three Fires (Fort Wayne, IN) This on tap beer was served with a very small light brown head that is fully lasting, opaque dark brown body and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruits. This beers flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel is moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. This is a very good sipping beer indeed! It is very enjoyable to drink and rate. The flavors come together very nicely and make this beer worth trying and a beer I would partake in again.

Using Straight To Ale Laika as my base standard for Russian Imperial Stout, in order to rescue this rankly sweet desert imperial stout, so sweet with so much sediment settled in the bomber which is near impossible to loosen, I suggest in order to introduce an amount of hops on the back end & to thin the desert character, blend in a glass 1L tankard ONE 12oz bottle of Sierra Nevada Torpedo to ONE 22oz bomber of Even More Jesus. Then a more normal charactered Imperial Stout is obtained. Suds will have to settle in the glass, so the final 4oz of Torpedo can be poured into the final bit of Even More Jesus bottle to release the sludge from the bottom to obtain best body and taste for this blend. Evil Twin Danes are notorious for sugary desert beers. I was thinking to blend Even More Jesus with mega-hops Molotov Cocktail, but with its citrus & tropical jellied candy character, it would not cut the Even More Jesus sweetness. Sierra Nevada Torpedo does the trick & miraculously makes for distinct smoothness midway & introduces hops on the back end which are non-existent in stand alone Even More Jesus due to overpowering sugars, coffee & chocolate which eat up any hops if there were any to begin with.

Clownoisseur (451) - Buchanan, Michigan, USA - OCT 20, 2015
Bottle, pours pitch black, small brown head that leaves little lace. Aromas are fairly sweet and boozy. Dark fruits, chocolate, light coffee, some char and light vanilla. Taste is similar to the nose with assertive bitter coffee and chocolate combine with dark fruits to produce a boozy sweetness. Sticky on the palate with a medium/heavy body. Low carbonation and a slightly astringent finish. Solid beer.
