COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all it must taste rare!

Really nice beer. Poured from a can into a snifter. Pour is thick and dark, really crazy looking. An attractive brown head slowly comes up and stays for a while. Very chocolately/coffee aroma, with cherry and some other sweet too some vanilla as well. Taste is nice and roasty, biscuity too with more cherry notes. I am very happy with this beer.

Pint can from Albertsons. Black oily pour, huge chocolate scent wafting from the glass already. Lots of roasted malt, chocolate, milk, vanilla, biscuit, bit of cherry, cranberry, molasses, peat, leather, orange. Big classic milk style stout with a lot to back it up. Yum Yum

Can from Discount. Pours a pitch black, motor oil color with a finger of brown foam that lingers. Deep cacao nose with some faint blueberry and treacle notes with a touch of marshmallow cream as it warms. Thick, chewy and rich with marshmallow, and deep cacao and faint roasted coffee on the finish. Slightly boozy at moments, but overall quite hidden. This is slammin for the price and availability.

Have you ever baked with molasses? If you added a bit of carbonated water to molasses you would get even more jesus

Very roasty coffee and dark chocolate aroma. Tastes like high cocoa dark chocolate with some vanilla hints. Full bodied, warming heavy weight beer. Almost perfect!

Un produit de caractère. Le nez est fruité, tofee. En bouche un accord entre douceur et malt torréfié pour un final amer en équilibre avec l alcool. Un produit très sympa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smell of roasted barley dark chocolate and huge coffee scent what the perfect stout should smell like. Super thick and pitch black just like used oil from a car with three plus finger dark brown head best head Ive seen on any brew and that color of the head is amazing nothing else like it. Taste starts off with sweet chocolate followed by roasted barley flavor then becomes super tasty smooth big coffee to the tongue awesome palate pleaser. Full body which coats the tongue with perfect carbonation for the style of brew best ever. All in all I can say without thinking to hard about it this is the best stout Ive ever had nice work keep making those crazy awesome brews.

Heavy bourbon vanilla aroma. Heavy booze interferes with much of the rest. Nutty chocolatey but bourbon dominant. Way too boozy for me, but tasty nonetheless.

0.66l bottle. Pitch black body with a thin light brown head. Aroma of chocolate, oak, sour cherry and booze. Taste of chocolate, sour cherry, caramel and raisins. It was harsh first, but it mellowed out. I like it.
