From a 22floz bottle (No freshness date evident, paid a discounted price of $4) that requires a couple pours into a tulip glass. The body is blonde and lightly hazy, a white head completes the appearance. The subtle aroma pleasantly showcases doughy and light herb. This is a quite good rendition of a Belgian golden ale and IPA (I would venture to say of the English style) hybrid. It isn’t an overly wild beer, it ijust executes a sharp cheddar flavor well. 650ml bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Brett hop aroma is surprisingly weak. Light sourness, medium bitterness. DruncanVeasey (8283) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 5, 2017
£11 bottle fishing for a ceremonial 8K, probably from Gonzo, March 2016. Foggy blonde capped generously with white. Restrained overripe pineapple, pine, kumquat and old mouldy ginger aroma with discreet Belgian-like hop and spice. Slick and yeasty TCP, mouldering pineapple and flowery incense spice squarely in the Belgian camp but not the punch of Nelson and Brett I was hoping for. Not even a poke. Squashy dried apricot. Flicked incense ash in the nose. Considerably less than the sum of its parts. So disappointing.

Tap @ Fermentoren Tap Takeover. Pours hazy orange with a large white head. Aromas of sweet green grapes, gooseberries, brett, citrus, floral, sweet dessert wine, sweet pear. Taste is bretty, grapey, green apples, citrus, dessert wine, subtle tartness, bitter hops in the backend. Nice! saltyseadog (72) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - OCT 13, 2016
2 of 6 in an Evil Twin Femme Fatale tasting event with Eric of Windsor Hy-Vee. Apparently not the same beer as Femme Fatale Brett, which notably doesn’t mention Nelson Sauvin on the label. Pours cloudier than FFB, golden amber in color with a ton of head. Flavor and palate are a little lighter but very similar. Tognetta (953) - São Paulo, BRAZIL - OCT 3, 2016
UPDATED: OCT 3, 2016 Amarelo ouro de leve turbidez, espuma branca de abundante formação e persistência. Aroma alaranjado, brett evidente, champagne, celeiro, nada fora do esperado, lúpulo inicialmente em segundo plano. No paladar leve acidez, amargor crescente, dulçor residual.
Retrogosto azedo e adstringente.
Corpo leve e baixa carbonatação.
