Aroma & taste is all citrus with a focus on grapefruit and peach with a woody finish. Also known as, fun hoppy beer! malrubius (2896) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Bottle from Save On. Very pale hazy gold with nice lasting head and lace. Mildly tart lemon pastry fresh hoppy aroma. Mild pineapple fruity sweetness with mild funky citrus and mild tart white wine very dry hoppy finish Beautiful soft mouthfeel fine carbo. Not fully funked out yet, but still incredibly delicious and refreshing. Thingus (29) - Missouri, USA - JAN 20, 2013
On tap at The Bridge Tap House, 12 oz snifter...
Appearance; a glorious golden color, nearly no head and absolutely zero lacing... I think that is pour related however...
Aroma; holy succulent tropical vacation... Lush peach, apricot, citrus rinds, pineapple and gentle hints of resin...
Taste; this brew is incredibly complex, peach and apricot jump right out at me, tons of citrus, notes of pineapple and a hint of resinous bite on the finish.
Palate; this brew is light-medium bodied but could do with a touch more carbonation... Other than that, utterly fantastic.
Overall; I passed on this in a bottle but was convinced to try it on tap... I will be going back for bottles, this beer is outstanding, not overly sour or bitter, not too much IPA or Brett, this is an extraordinarily well rounded and unique beer that you need to try. iworkatinitech (24) - New York, USA - MAR 10, 2013
Just had this at Torst and it blew me away. The Brett is outstanding with the hops, just a real treat of a beer! JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 14, 2013
Golden pour with a massive white head. The nose is awesome - bright and flinty with a solid citrus/spice hop nose. Bright and tropical with a long tangerine and some passion fruit. A bit of dry yeasty flintiness but the Brett is pretty restrained. Incredibly aromatic and fruity though. Moderate bitterness and a very lovely fruitiness. Amazingly fragrant and delicious.

Draft @ ACBF 2012: slightly cloudy orange/amber with a white head, smell is very fruity & sweet, plenty of apricots & peaches, taste is bitter upfront, slightly floral, followed by plenty of fruits, apricots, peaches, nectar, very fruity hops with a pine resin & dash floral finish, slightly fizzy body, lovely & fruity, brett adds only a very slight dry & spicy hints in finish, not a whole lot of brett to be found here, any? Quite lovely never the less jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Draft. Hazy dark amber with good, foamy, white head / Elegant nose of orchard fruit, caramel, oak, and brett / Light to medium body, delicate, hoppy and acidic with hint of tartness, lovely balance with excellent, bitter finish / Stylish flavors of earth, weed, apple, caramel, oak, and a much appreciated big dose of cow manure / A complex, easy drinker, and I’d like another. Gutifa (135) - Eisenharz, GERMANY - JAN 14, 2013
Cloudy yellow color with one finger of white head. Really floral and fruity in nose.
Medium body and average carbonation. In mouth is like a good brett have to be. Floral and pine hops, citric, orange and medium bitternes in the end. boozedude (2228) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - MAY 18, 2013
Bottle into glass.. hazy cloudy orange pour .. white head... taste is grapefruit ..joy awesome well balanced goodness Gerbeer (3751) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2013
22 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with light head. Aromas of grapefruit and ripe peaches. Flavors of pink grapefruit, orange juice and malts. Nice tangy edge. The brett really adds to and brings out the snappiness of the Pacific Northwest hops. Very nice.
