Cloudy gold to amber pour with a 4 finger fluffy off white head. Aroma is loaded with fruity citrus, salted melon and some earthy funk. Flavor is like Belgian IPA meets citrus punch, light cereal, nice, mellow funkiness, a little salinity, tons of grapefruit and sweet tangerine-like sweet orange, finishing with light earthy, soggy wood funk and lingering sweet citrus. Light to medium body with a creamy entry leading to a juicy, but still creamy finish, light, blanketing and slightly sharp carbonation and a lingering mouthfeel somewhere between crisp and slightly chalky, dry. I really enjoyed this one, the best usage of citrus in a beer that I can remember, I really gotta try out one of these yuzu fruits. Unfortunately at $14/bomber, although I really enjoyed this one, I don’t think that I will be likely to purchase again.
Bright, cloudy orange color. Fruit in the nose, I am not familiar with yuzu but I do get some peach. Mild, fruity hops, and this is on the sweet side for an ipa. good. bursprak (3283) - Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 28, 2016

A bit too little sour, being more light and round. Lacking the tart and citrus in the taste. Good colour and look.

5 of 6 in an Evil Twin Femme Fatale tasting event with Eric of Windsor Hy-Vee. Pours lemony yellow. Flavor is piney and soapy. I’m intimately familiar with yuzu fruit, and the flavor is definitely there, but faint. dysenteri (325) - Gothenburg, SWEDEN - SEP 22, 2016
