Bottle from Vika enjoyed at hometfredvik (1985) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 4, 2012
Orange hazy, enormous white head. Smells of dust, citrus, malts and grass. Moderate sweet, quite dry and dusty, some malts. Medium bitter, resins and grass. Very nice pale ale, nice aromas, a bit outside the standard box, easy drinkable, dry, not too bitter. This could easily be my everyday beer
In the glass it looks quite clear, apart from some medium sized chunks that are suspended in the light golden body. The head is rather large, creamy, long-lived and it laces the glass excellently. The aroma isn’t very strong, and at first I didn’t find it that pleasant, there were some pale malt notes and some vague cereal-like stuff that wasn’t really that inviting. But soon enough it opens up, and I realise that in addition to the malty elements there are plenty of hops: the aroma is actually far more hoppy than malty. sweet fruity with peach and faint kiwi and citrus, dust and some pleasant caramel. The taste is moderate sweet and moderate plus bitter. The flavours are a nice mix of initial caramel sweetness that soon is replaced by stinging grapefruit. Pleasant mouthfeel, the rather light body fits the crisp flavours. Smooth texture and soft to moderate carbonation. A simple and nice beer. GJF (1520) - Mount Vernon, Iowa, USA - AUG 9, 2012

Bottle at Lincoln WIne Bar. Pale orange, white head. A nice sour quality to it, but it seems a bit thin for what this beer is. ABS (1071) - Stokke, NORWAY - FEB 24, 2013
From tap. Golden body. White head. Quite a lot of hop aroma, IPA-like amount. Citrus and grapefruit aroma as well. Not a very pleasant nose, but it’s no big problem. Quite bitter - I think I would’ve guessed that this was an IPA if tested blind. Good beer! garza (573) - Oslo (NO), Caracas (VE), VENEZUELA - OCT 26, 2012
Pours a cloudy orange/golden look with a frothy white head. Fruity and spiced aroma with citrus and graefruit notes. Malty, spiced and refreshing flavour with light sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, oily feel, soft carbonation and a good dry mild bitter finish. Good.

Good hoppy beer. The hops are a bit oddly flavored, but it is overall very drinkable. haakonjo (22) - NORWAY - JAN 25, 2013
Citrus, some hay og light malts in the aroma.
Taste is quite dry, some grassy/hay-notes, fruit, tangerine, orange, before more bitter grapefruit takes over towards the finish. Dry and very little malt backbone.
