On tap at Local Taphouse Darlinghurst, Sydney (2013 - records). Pours a cloudy golden orange with a thin white head. Aroma: honey, malt, floral and grass notes. Pleasant aroma. Taste: honey, malt, mild citrus and floral flavours. Honey dominates the palate. Well balanced. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Moderate sweetness. Very tasty! corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 14, 2015
Pours a hazy, dark golden yellow color with lighter straw colored edges and a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Streaks of soapy lacing left behind.
Slightly musty farmhouse aroma with peppey spice, grassy hops and sweet citrus fruit notes. Earthy and grassy with subtle funk and spicy pepper followed by sweet lemon peel, apple and banana. Strong honey presence after it warms.
Medium bodied yet still light and easy to drink with peppery spice and strong honey flavor. Honeycomb along with musty funk, peppery spice, light fruit and bready yeast. Light, refreshing and easy to drink with decent honey flavor. Could use more saison character but this is still an enjoyable beer. androman (2778) - Maarssen, NETHERLANDS - SEP 16, 2014
33cl bottle @ home from De Molen. Cloudy orange golden color, medium fizzy white average lasting fair lacing head. Nose is tons of honey, Aroma is more honey, flowers, malt, later some hops, alcohol is slightly noticable. Taste heavy sweetness but not disturbing, light hoppy bitterness, hint of fruity sourness. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation, average lasting sweet lagerish finish. Way too sweet for me but still enjoyabe and interesting. StevieT (2016) - AUSTRALIA - SEP 2, 2014
From a bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a thick white head, honey aroma with a hint of malt, definite saison flavours with not too much sweetness, well carbonated mouth feel. motelpogo (7703) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - AUG 9, 2014
bottle from pivni rozmanitost in prague, enjoyed at mowbeer’s 30th beerday. lightly murky golden; plenty of vanilla and honey in the aroma; a bit on the sweet and sickly side but with some menthol character; hardly recognisable as a saison

330ml bottle carried back home from Ølbutikken in Copenhagen. Slightly cloudy golden body colour. Rocky white head with satisfying duration and lacing. Honey to the nose, alright. Mid-sweet taste of black honey joined by a herbal touch. Fruity hints to the ending. Sweet, dry, and rather unvaried (shared with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 16.07.2014). Flaske 330ml. Spandert av Rune. Delt med ham på Nerstranda 16 Jul 14. Gyldenbrun. Lettskyet. Kritthvitt skum med begrenset holdbarhet. God honningaroma. Smaken er bare honning. Direkte kjedelig - men alkoholen forsvant aldeles i all honningen. djoeye (5090) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 17, 2014

Two finger off white head, foggy dirty orange-golden body.
Aroma of honey, caramel malt, plums, leather, grooffaflowers.
Tastes caramel malts, honey, plums, sweet. Body is nice.
Finishes sweet. Saison-mead... A candy in the mug.

Taste: Medium bitter, low/medium sweetness and low sourness.
Palate: Thick grainy texture, light/medium body, average/prickly carbonation, dry abrupt! burnt malt, bitter, honey finish.
Comments: Tasty and glass lace. graham_murphy (695) - - MAR 1, 2014
Honey is at home here alright. Quite a strong taste of it I thought and it works well with the sweetness you’d expect in a saison. Some nice citrusy hops in there too. Couldn’t have too many of them as the taste is a bit odd but it’s not bad at all.
