Black pour with tan head. Smells like a vanilla hazelnut bomb - awesome. Flavor is SMOOTH hazelnut and finishes with a manageable kick of spice. Delicious. AdamChandler (5150) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 12, 2016
Bomber. I’ve had this one for a while. Thought I have rated this one. Completely black and oily. This smells really amazing. So much hazelnut and even some French vanilla. The spice is very light. It’s dense, and lily with a wonderful flavor dominated by vanilla, fudge and hazelnut with the only spice being at the finish. It’s really mild and completely tolerable. hackobock (4073) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 27, 2016

Black with a small dense brown head. Aroma is malty and roasted with caramel, toffee, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and chilies.
Taste is medium sweet, light bitter, roasted and hints of chili heat. Finish is light bitter with dark chocolate, roasted coffee, sweet malty caramel notes, some prunes and figs, slight fruity tartness a nice balanced chili head and some warming alcohol. Medium to full bodied, soft to average carbonation, slightly dry.
Smooth and nicely balance chili heat, has a slight fruity sour note that puts it slightly off but still good.
Bottle. Pours inky black, small brown head, dissipates with some lacing. Aroma is roasty, cocoa, nutty, coffee, espresso. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter, loads of coffee, chocolate, hints of hazelnut. Not getting any chili(?!?). Full body, creamy. Good stuff. woodychevy (874) - - JAN 2, 2016
On tap at Edmunds Oast. Great, but not as good as the original to me. Black pour with tan head. Super thick in mouthfeel/body and really smooth. Usual dark malt notes with hazelnuts adding a little je-ne-sais-croix. Chili at the end is subtle but has staying power- could have a bit more spice but better to err on the the side of caution. Lots and lots of chocolate. Flavors definitely more apparent at room temp. Was expecting to be blown away but this one fell short.

Pours a dark burnt sienna color with two fingers of kahki foam. Nose is malted cocoa, some nutty roundness, nutmeg and roasted grain. Palate follows with a creamy soft mouthfeel and round chewy flavors of hot cooca interesting earth hazelnut addition, slight spice but the chili is faint. Lingering chocolate milk flavors with a pleasant roasted peanut shell note that draws out the finish. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 12, 2015
Pours thick and dark. Aroma of the sweet hazelnuts and cooked dough like biscotti. Body is so creamy and delicious with toasty malts and lightly sweetened dough. The chili wasn’t even noticed until it slowly and lightly danced on the palate with just a bit of spice from the chili. The hazelnuts are so present in their subtle way, perfect. Absolutely delicious stuff, and more complex than the regular version. Then again I like chile and hazelnuts. SpongeRuiner (1114) - Michigan, USA - NOV 13, 2015
Dark brown color with a dark head. Big hazelnut roasty aroma. Coffee roastiness nose also. Smells fantastic. Coffee bitterness with a ton of nutty hazelnut. Really good. Creamy and great feel. Boutip (6483) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 5, 2015
Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, sweet chocolate notes and light hazelnut liquor is quite enticing. Taste is a nice mix between some roasted malt with sweet black chocolate notes, some hazelnut liquor, some residual sugar notes with some medium hot chili notes that are more noticeable in the aftertaste. Body is smooth with nice creamy texture and medium carbonation with light warming alcohol notes. Very nice balance between the different flavours. Wish I could have this more often.
