Draught at Borefts BeerFest 2012. Clear yellow/golden - white head. Peppery, honey, fruity, light acid, light sourness, some sweetness, aroma of fresh honey. jackl (8029) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 2, 2012
Tap @ Borefts 2012. Also known as ’Honey I’m Home’, right? The pour’s light gold with a tiny white head. The nose is light brett, honey, sweet cereal grain and barnyard yeasty funk. The taste is soft sweet honeycomb, some herbal hop. Delicate belgian yeast, sweet peaches. The body’s a bit syrupy, but the flavors blend well. Not difficult to drink considering the ABV. Overall, very pleasant. brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 2, 2012
Hazy golden color with a white head. The nose starts off with just sort of an okay/mediocre saison character. There’s a bit of straw, grass, and bread, with a lemon candy note. The flavor has only a light tartness to it from the lambic. Sweet malt with some candied lemon peel, straw, grass, and a hint of yeast.

Draught. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma: Light sourness, grape, honey, yeast. Flavour: Honey, herbs, grape, sourness, a tad of sweetness. Medium bodied. Ends sourish with a light sweet touch. 77ships (9698) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 1, 2012
Draft @ Borefts 2012 - hazy pale golden with a white head - in usual subtle Evil Twin fashion this is crazy heavy on the honey, some light spice and yeast - crazy sweet honey taste, like very concentrated regular supermarket honey with some light yeast, hay, touch hobs and some bitter spices in the back - medium bodied - it is sort of like drinking honey which is not bad really - no trace of 3F lambic or at least I am not picking it up - bit of a waste of lambic - might have as well left it out joergen (27984) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2012
Draught at Borefts Bier Festival 2012.
Hazy golden coloured with a medium sized white head.
Sweet and fruity aroma of hay and honey.
Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and honey with notes of hay and hops.
Sweet and hoppy finish. sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - SEP 30, 2012
At Borefts. Pours a cloudy amber/orange with a small white head. Aroma of mild sweetness and some floral notes. Flavour of bitter sweetness, not much lambic in evidence really. Interesting but not great. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - SEP 29, 2012
Yellow orange body and creamy white head. Started out quite honey like, but also has a farm funk and lactic feel. Taste has also little lambic but does carry some funk and with a pretty full body. Refreshing yet sweet, I like it. (On tap at Borefts 2012)
