COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Effortlessly cool, popping up up in a cultish fashion and constantly on a tasty mission. This is mission Gose: our take on a old-fashioned and slightly odd German style beer that is with good reason trending as the tastiest right now. It’s tart, salty, low in alcohol and probably the most refreshing beer you’ll have. Perhaps enjoy this beer in a restaurant with a mission near you. Wherever you are we made it stylishly good and exclusively well balanced just for you.

24.10.2015, tap @ What’s Brewing:
First tap, big creamy longlasting head. Aroma is sour-ish fresh, soda powder, citrus acid, sorrel, gooseberries, berry skin, white currants, citrus peel. Taste is sour-ish dry, sorrel, unripe berries, minerals, soda powder, citrus acid, gooseberries, berry skin. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Lovely!

Can from Wine Rack, West Byfleet. Funky acidic uber citrus voice vinegar aroma. Opaque pale gold. Stray strands for a Head. Salty and sour. A real tang to it. Juicy. Medium bodied. Oily. Leaves a slick sensation on the lips. Flat. Abrupt finish, however it does leave a tingle on the tongue. Two neighbours tried this earlier. At first they were completely taken aback but then enjoyed it. As knives you pleasant and sourness it’s top marks.

A murky, light yellow beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has lemon, eucaliptus, some salt. Interesting. Taste has lemon, salt, spicyness of eucaliptus. Light+ bodied. Interesting and unique and this in a good way.

33 cL Can at home. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has quite some citrus, bit of lactic acid, salt, quite fresh. Taste is soft to medium sour with some salt, a bit of lemon, coriander and citrus. Medium body and carbo. Quite different from other goses, nice stuff.

Can in NYC. Sour and herbal aroma with medium eucalyptus accents and a little vinegar. Hazy gold with no head. Quite sour flavour with prickly carbonation and a little vinegar. Eucalyptus is apparent, but not off balancing. Medium light body, mouth puckering.

Pours with a good white head that diminishes fairly quickly though. Color is cloudy wheat beer like. Fruity and minty aroma has clear eucalyptus, blood orange, coriander and some birch leaves. Palate is very good, sharp carbonation, very balanced, smooth. Taste is also excellent with a "bursting" sour fruitiness that reminds of the best sour (yellow) fruit candies you’ve had. Tropical taste, but one can also pick out blackcurrant, redcurrant, cherry and other fruity flavours. Not much maltiness or other beer-like taste, but I don’t really call for them, because the taste is still excellent. Again an excellent beer from Evil Twin.

FinnIckler (479) - GERMANY - JUN 21, 2017
Can from luvians in St Andrews. Pours slightly hazy orange. Nose is like a breakfast juice, so many things, orange, carrot, grapefruit, pineapple, apricot, Peach, apple even some white grape. Wow. Palate is really refreshing and fruity, some salt, some zestyness. Most of the fruits from the nose are present. One of the best Goses I have ever had. I need to drink this again!
