Pours a murky golden with 3 finger head. Overflowed on the pour. Heavy lacing. Biscuity malt with earthy yeast. Very strong grapefruit and maybe a hint of tropical fruit. Largely a bitter driven beer. Round, creamy mouthfeel. Sticky. Moderate carbonation. Long bitter finish. This is my kind of beer. 12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy vibrant orangey amber with a substantial beige head. Nose smells like a highly adjuncted pale lager, to be honest, with notes of corn. Flavour is much better thankfully, with highly bitter grassy dry hops and a biscuity malt backing. The astringency lingers on and on, with notes of dry grassy hops. Decent stuff. fonefan (51064) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2012

Clear medium to dark orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, moderate o heavy hoppy, grass, herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, hoppy, close to metalic bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
11.2oz bottle. Pours a mostly clear yellow orange color. Very big foamy off-white head, leaving thick lace. Some grass and pine in the aroma. Hoppy, but flavor has a solid clean toasty malt aspect to it that balances it out. Good bitterness, but there is something soapy about this that is weird. Soft, smooth carbonation, more dry texture, medium body. Great pale ale for sure, has that unique european feel to it. But $8 retail for this bottle is outrageous, even by Evil Twin standards. ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 19, 2012
A - Slightly hazy amber-orange with a finger of frothy off-white head. Fades down medium.
S - Sweet grains, caramel malts, grapefruit, citrus, and floral hops.
T - Sweet grainy and caramel malts, grapefruit, citrus, and floral hops, some resiny bitterness.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth, dry, bitter, and grainy finish.
D - Nicely balanced. A bit different than most APAs with the grainy wheat thing, but still good.
