3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a murky golden with 3 finger head. Overflowed on the pour. Heavy lacing. Biscuity malt with earthy yeast. Very strong grapefruit and maybe a hint of tropical fruit. Largely a bitter driven beer. Round, creamy mouthfeel. Sticky. Moderate carbonation. Long bitter finish. This is my kind of beer. Specific to the hop lover
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- Has a hop and fruit aroma, nothing real impressive but OK.
Appearance- The beer is orange to copper colored with a large beige colored head.
Taste- Has a honey and malt flavor with some caramel notes tossed in. Has a very bitter finish that is off-putting to me.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with heavy carbonation.
Overall- An average beer, I was expecting more since this was my first Evil Twin beer. rumproasts (6052) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JAN 26, 2015

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange with a beige head and aroma of hops and citrus. Taste is bitter, of hops, citrus, grapefruit, and tropical fruits with a bitter, dry finish jjgmd (2295) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUL 25, 2014
Sweating with Zachary on the patio in this miserable heat in South Florida, but can’t light up the Cuban in the house, pours a very muddy brown pour with a small cram colored head. Nose is toffee and citrus, and somewhat hoppy. Taste is piney with deep resin and some moderate bitterness. Finish es on the same tasting notes with a moderate lingering. Had better APAs, anybody say Zombie Dust. Quaff Score 6 / 10 Chudwick (3441) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - MAY 18, 2014

Amber pour, abundant off-white head. Aroma of candied grapefruit peel and whole wheat bread and just a faint whiff of dust. Grapefruit rind forward on the flavor, malts coming on a bit too sweet and caramelly. A bit thick on the tongue. Pretty close to being something really special, but not quite there. I’d have thought a truly hipster ale would be drier -- maybe the sweetness is ironic, and I just wouldn’t get it.

Very hazy amber beer, big fluffy off white head. Explosive uncapping but no beer lost. Palate is smooth and a little soft, semi dry. Lagerish malt, a little grainy. Bitterish hops. Sharp peel. A little creamy malt underneath. Aftertaste is bitter green hops. Okay - a little too much grain.
Pours deep hazy gold into a tulip. Tan head tophats and recedes leaving gloppy lacing to form a meringue center. Tropical fruit and resin aromas. Pretty one-dimensional with sharp bitter earth grapefruit front to back and into the lasting pith finish. polomagnifico (1202) - Saginaw, Michigan, USA - MAR 10, 2013
Bottle. Aroma has notes of honey, toasted cereal malts, floral hops and under ripe citrus. Medium orange amber hue with an average white head that mostly diminished and left little lace. Flavor is medium sweet and very bitter. Palate is medium bodied and watery with lively carbonation. Overall an okay brew but nowhere near the $7+ I paid for it. Disappointing.
