Bottle, bought @ Fanø.
Pours almost clear amber with a medium, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has wet dog, light vegetable, grassy hops. Medium to low carbonation, dry and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is caramel malty, sharply bitter, grassy. Very dry and bitter finish. Certainly not one of the best Hipsters.

madsberg (11799) - Søborg, DENMARK - AUG 15, 2012
Bottled. golden coloured. Unclear. Fluffy beige head. Aroma of citrus, herbs, light flowers, vague caramel. Flavour of herbs, flowers, citrus, light grass. Medium bodied. ends floral bitter. Nice thirstquencher.

marcus (10878) - Sacramento, California, USA - DEC 3, 2012
Bottle from Star Grocery, Berkeley. Pours hazy golden with a rich off-white head and ad citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with lots of toffee and a smoothly bitter finish. Nicely balanced.

cubs (10742) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 12, 2012
Bottle @ Rene’s house, picked up at Fano. Hazy, dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat spicy, peppery, woody, herbal hoppy aroma. Somewhat citrusy, nice herbal, woody, a bit spicy, lightly resiny flavor with a fairly dry, bitter finish.

olio (10692) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 29, 2012
33 cl bottle. Vertical tasting with (Global) Hipster Ale.
Pours hazy orange color with small head. Aroma of yeast, floral notes, some wet carpet and malts. Flavor of yeast, earth, caramel, some hops, goose berries and malts.

DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 22, 2012
11.2oz bottle. Pours a mostly clear yellow orange color. Very big foamy off-white head, leaving thick lace. Some grass and pine in the aroma. Hoppy, but flavor has a solid clean toasty malt aspect to it that balances it out. Good bitterness, but there is something soapy about this that is weird. Soft, smooth carbonation, more dry texture, medium body. Great pale ale for sure, has that unique european feel to it. But $8 retail for this bottle is outrageous, even by Evil Twin standards.

33 cl bottle @ lusikka
Vertical with Global Hipster Ale, this was worse.
Aroma is rather stale with gooseberry bush, some ripe fruits and grainy malt typical go German lagers. Also hints of moldy cellar. Flavour is sweetish with resin, some grainy malt and moldy cellar. Not bad but I wonder if the bottle was ok?

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - SEP 16, 2012
330. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a loose white head. Sharp orange and grapefruit skin nose, very bitingly pithy and bitter. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast, caramel, and grapefruit skin mid palate. Sharp resiny finish.

lusikka (7833) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 29, 2012
330 ml bottle.
Pours a copper amber colour with a white lacy head. Aroma of bready malts, grass, wet carpet(!) and earth. Flavour of really strong and bitter hops, malts, floral notes, weak fruitiness and some caramel. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes very bitter with caramel sweetness. Actually has some German elements, possibly from the maltiness. Not the best Hipster Ale.
