Draught. Man I don’t even know what to say about this. Poured dark, raisin rum aroma, same taste with molasses etc. Good but maybe too syrupy. caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 13, 2011
Bottled @ home. Clear reddish brown color, short head. Aroma of rich sugar, some ripe fruit, caramel malts, raisin. Only slight spicy from the yeast. Taste is quite sweet, bit dry, slight nutty. The belgian yeast is obvious, but not overwhelming and lets the sugary notes shine, the way they probably intended to be. Carbonation is quite low for a belgian style, which is perfect for me, coz usually they blow up in your stomach. Despite the sticky tooth, reasonably easy drinkable that way. Im not a fan of pretty sweet beers, but Im enjoying this one! Pinball (12252) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 13, 2011
clear red amber, smooth ofwhite head.
aroma is flowery, faint malty.
flavor is complex belgian ale. spices, honey, malts, sugar. sort of like a light quad. dark fruits, yelow fruits.. nice. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 13, 2011
Botte 50 cl. Courtesy of Meilby. Pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, overripe fruit and Belgian yeast. Solid body, carbonation is a little low, brown sugars, overripe plummy fruit and a subtle yeastiness. Warming alcohol in the finish. Very pleasant Belgian style ale - almost a mini-Quad. 131011 cryptobard (281) - DENMARK - OCT 11, 2011

Nose is heavy rotten fruit, sweet malt, broad caramel, weak alcohol, feel is medium wine-like, carb is very low, taste is medium alcohol, hazel, heavy caramel and some rotten fruit. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 6, 2011
Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear very dark red/brown - offwhite head. Sweetness, brown sugar, berries, light rubber, phenols, nutty, medium malty, dreid fruits, yeasty notes, light bitterness, caramel. High sweetness. OK. skortila (5970) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2011
The aroma has a lot of sweet malts with raisin and caramel. Dark red-brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is sweet, has sugar, caramel and raisin. Bit one-dimensional. Palme (4817) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 30, 2011
0.5l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew and OleR. Pours a near clear nutty-brown body with a small sidesticking bubbly head. Aroma is really sweet with caramel and heavy ripe banana. Also some hints of pure alcohol. Average carbonation, medium-bodied and it has a sticky and syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor-wise this is really sweet with enormous amounts of banana - a bit to much perhaps? -, some plums and almost no bitterness. Like drinking fermented liquid banana-concentrate topped with caramel, brown sugar and ripe strawberries. Nice warming aftertaste. All that being said, it was not any bad flavors but one glass is enough.. KingCecil (2086) - DENMARK - SEP 22, 2011
