Nomads; constantly moving, round and round; sometimes settle, if just for a bit. Perhaps the muse moves one to brew a sharp and clean session beer, one inspired by the Berliner-weisse of old, and the nomad rests. Enjoy this beer, here, there, perhaps north of Madison Square Park, in lovely New York City. Wherever you are, this beer was made nice, simply for you.

Can from West Side. Pours a neon, glowing straw with a finger of foam that lingers. Tons of lemon, yogurt notes on the nose. Clean and crisp on the palate. Strong lacto character on the palate. Sharp acidity with gooseberry, lemon and good carbonation. Really digging this one a lot.

Out of the can, poured a pale lemon, hazy, with a thin head that faded quickly. On the nose, sour notes of tart lemon and wheat malt. Not much else discernible. On the palate, more tart lemon (coming across like sour patch candies), clementine orange, and pickled notes like sauerkraut. Bone dry. Tasted better than it sounds!

Pours a light amber from a can. Citrus aroma turns into a big tart citrus flavor, very sour and light. Refreshing, could crush a couple of these in a go. Very good beer.

Hazy yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes gradually. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lemon, floral yeast and malt. The finish is mildly tart with a salty citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.
