faroeviking (10913) - FAROE ISLANDS - OCT 19, 2012
Botella @ KingCecil’s birthday party. Hazy orange colour, white head, good lacing. Pleasant fruity sweet like citrus hoppy aroma. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant sweet fruity citrus piney flavour, good bitterness, well lasting fruity hoppy bitter finish.

Beerheart65 (1503) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 17, 2012
Aroma has lots of citrus, pine, almost bit soapy, some caramel (peppermint?). Hazy yellow, like murky dense applejuice, no head. Full bodied, bitter dry , almost sticky feel, long bitterdry finish, soft carbonation, concentrated dense malting. Quite challenging beer: lots of flavors , highly bitter, lots of character. Once you get to know this one well , it will award you. That means that at least I have to retaste this one..maybe u know beers better.

omhper (25153) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 17, 2012
Bottled at O’Connor’s, Uppsala. Cloudy golden, rich head. Doughy lychee aroma. Sweet with loads of dough and honey. White pepper and honey. Perumy pears goosebrry, alcohol and inky bitterness. Aggressive and overly sweet.

Idiosynkrasie (7535) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - OCT 15, 2012
330ml bottle. Cloudy dark golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally spicy and herbal aroma, bitter hoppy notes, some grapefruit. Taste takes a development in several steps: from citrussy fruity via slightly sweeter fruity over resinous and piney to herbal, constantly accompanied by minimally biting bitter hop. The sequence may vary with different sips.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Solmu, 20121012) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and long lasting. Aroma had mixed fruits, malts and white bread. Palate was medium bodied and quite dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, peach, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Overall an unclean IPA. Somehow all the flavours and scents were overlapping resulting in not so pleasant mixture.

lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 11, 2012
330 ml bottle @ O’Connell’s, Tampere.
Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of grass, nettles, gooseberry bush and perfume. Flavour of grassy hops, grainy malts, some floral notes and herbs. Off-flavours as well. Medium bodied, harsh mouthfeel and a grainy, bitter, herbal finish. Weird and musty.

olio (10289) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 11, 2012
33 cl bottle @ O’Connels, Tampere.
Pours hazy color with small head. Aroma of grass, vegetables, fruits and oily hops. Flavour of fruits, hay, caramel and toffee. A bit disappointing.

tiong (7305) - Espoo, FINLAND - OCT 11, 2012
330ml bottle @ Viisi Penniä, Helsinki

Pours yellowish orange with a bubbly head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with notes of orange, citrus, mango, lemon and other exotic fruits. Taste is sweet and massively fruity with a lot of exotic fruits, oranges and grassy hops. Finish is sweetish and fruity with some bitter hoppy notes. Reminds me of Alesmith IPA with its massive fruity notes.

Kavu (4796) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 9, 2012
0,33 l bottle @ Harry’s. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is malts and honey. Flavor is malts, fruits and honey with a hoppy finish. Very nice indeed.
