So this tastes old. The flavor has some nice lightness, spices and funk but it has too much old paint feel to it

At Seattle tasting. Deep orange, stringy foam. Sweet, juicy-yeasty saison. Clean, a little flabby. Not bad.

Pours a bright golden yellow with fizzy head. Aromas of tropical fruits and some citrus peel. Funky orange/lemon peel flavors with a nice woody funk.

Cloudy yellow with yeast. Complex, fruity and old aroma. Wow. Complicated taste. Slightly carbonated. Farm. Puffy.

Unde (945) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 13, 2016
Cloudy yellow beer with smallish head on top which leaves some lacing. Light salty aroma. Aroma has zesty citrus fruits, lemon and grapefruit, ginger too. Taste is sour, zesty grapefruit, some sweet fruits and some stable like flavour. Medium body and medium carbonation.

@Borefts 2014 its a pretty good yet quite simple saison... not overly spicy?

SlackerMads (3161) - DENMARK - DEC 27, 2015
Bottle, gusher. Unclear golden with a large off white head. I and my fellow passengers on this train detect brett, dry flowers, wood, mould, dust, white pepper and grapes in the nose. Flavour follows, very floral and honey like. Hay, wood, bread. Bretty leather. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation, mild sweet and bitter with light acitity. Dry bretty finish. This is pretty good, all over the place.

Bottle gushed as crazy. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma has intense farmhouse notes, grassy, citrusy and funky. Taste is funky but not sour, really rustic and earthy notes. Balanced at first, just slightly bitter and dry on the finish. Really well made farmhouse ale.

Bottle from Kihoskh, Copenhagen - gold coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, some barnyard yeast, zesty citrus lemon notes, funky and bretty, dry fruity finish. Very Nice.

Brew_Cat (121) - Athens, GREECE - NOV 10, 2015
Bottle at home, BB2015 but consumed tonight. Pours hazy golden with rich foamy white head. Medium body, creamy and silky mouthfeel, good lacing, slightly over-carbonated (unless it was the side-effects of being stored and consumed after its proper time). Dry chalky finish with bitter aftertaste. Yeasty aromas with hints of honey, summer fruits, maybe some herbal spices like coriander, hints of bread malts, lime peel, citrus, some light sweetness in the back. A real beast!
