Acid303 (674) - Barcelona, CATALONIA, - AUG 15, 2015
65cl bottle, shared with friends. Pours super golden with big white frothy head, perfect appearance. The nose is very lemony and sweet. Very Belgian flavour: the yeast dominates but there’s also an appreciable amount of hops. Some sour notes on the aftertaste, far from a lambic though and very easy going. Medium mouthfeel, slightly over carbonated. Nice saison.

Clearish golden with a thin foamy white head. Pleasant floral and yeasty funky farmy nose, a dash of lemon pepper and Brett funk. Nice crisp but funky flavor with farm tones, light lemon, touch of hay and pepper. Tastes really authentic and bretty.

Beachmaster (572) - Oklahoma, USA - JUL 25, 2015
Bomber into a tulip. Pours a cloudy light yellow, with a huge fluffy white head that persists for quite a while. Little lacing. Nose is honey and citrus. Taste is honey, citrus, Belgian yeast notes of clove and banana, and a little earthiness on the finish. Just wonderful. An excellent saison.

Gachupines (1252) - USA - MAR 23, 2015
Cloudy, golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is slightly tart fruit. Flavor is very dry with just a touch of tart sour funk in the finish. Very effervescent, helps balance out the tartness from the yeast. Finishes very dry with just a touch of sour fruit. Wife: 3.8

651 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, fluffy, well retained white head, with some lacing, over a hazy dark gold (SRM 7) body.....nose is Belgian funk, with light barnyard, citrus notes, primarily grapefruit, slight floral honey tones, minimal hops, balance to the Brett.....taste is light toasted cereal, light floral sweetness, hints of citrus, becoming lightly sour, with moderate Belgian Funk, and Brett complexity, finishing with light sourness.....mouth feel, light body, minimal alcohol, minimal creaminess. This is a delightfully complex, yet simple beer. There are a myriad of nuances in both aroma and flavor, none overpowering, all compliment of the Brett. This of course is no where near a standard Saison and really belongs in a special category. BJCP 6/3/10/4/6

Block (2894) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - MAR 8, 2015
A stronger style of saison. Yeast and wheat throughout, a little bit of clove, and light spice. The alcohol comes through slightly.
