Bomber from Whole Foods Mayo. Cloudy, bubbly, yellow pour. Lots of spicy yet fruity notes. Yeasty & funky Brett flavors, but not overpowering. Dry finish. Good!

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Mocny gushing, mocno przegazowane, ale charakter saisona i Bretty całkiem fajne.

Bit of an explosion on opening! Once I'd cleaned it up and poured, I got a reasonable beer with some interesting bitter notes and aromas, but not really exceptional. A pleasant cloudy golden colour and of course quite some head! But, nothing amazing unfortunately ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

If you get this in a bottle, BEWARE! It fizzes from here to the Pole of Inaccessibility. When it’s through making an unholy mess, it pours hazy golden with a nice ivory head. Aroma is not strong, but offers yeasty and tart pomme tones plus just a snip of butterscotch. Flavor adds a strengthening note of woody hops to the mix, fairly bitter but countered by the honey undertone. Mouthfeel features average body and good fizz. Maybe not a beast of a saison, but pleasant.

Tap at happy gnome with commonmac. 10oz pour. Gold with thick white head. Spicy nose with black pepper and bitter flower. Very drying. Flavor is bitter spice, quick finish that dries the palate. Thin body and complex taste. Some underlying fruit elements come out as it warms. Pretty good.

@ Basunen 16-9-10: mycket brett i doft och smak. Torr munnkänsla med massor med brett i eftersmaken.
