Excellent take on the style. The aroma is mostly caramel malt with some fruit and a hint of barn. Flavor is bittersour, with a little sweet and citrus in the back. Body is softish. Easy drinking. Damn fine product. Hirotoma (471) - Bologna, ITALY - APR 26, 2012
A me Ť piaciuta da impazzire!!! Ottima Ť dire poco! analienacorn (1) - - DEC 14, 2012 does not count
1pt 0.9 fl oz bottle dated 03.08.2012, brewed at Fano. Hazy golden with smaller head than the Westbrook brewed version. Beautiful lacing. Fluffy and precious indeed. Not as much brett as I was expecting/hoping for, as I am a funk addict, but extremely, fantastically drinkable. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Ooh this is good. Big bitterness. This is a hopheads Saison. Slightly cloudy with a big farmhouse flavor. Superb. Beachmaster (546) - Oklahoma, USA - JUL 25, 2015
Bomber into a tulip. Pours a cloudy light yellow, with a huge fluffy white head that persists for quite a while. Little lacing. Nose is honey and citrus. Taste is honey, citrus, Belgian yeast notes of clove and banana, and a little earthiness on the finish. Just wonderful. An excellent saison.

Great aromas of honey and yeast. Light golden hazy canít see through it. Big spiced saision with dry Brett funk. Finishes quite dry. dumontn (530) - St. Joseph, Michigan, USA - DEC 18, 2011
Draft @Local Optionís ASS MAKEOVER event. Pours pale hazy yellow-orange with 1 finger of perfectly tight bubbles, good retention but fades to a skin after a few minutes. Aroma is Jolly Pumpkin all the way; plenty of refreshing brett tartness, rye spice, hay, grass, lemon peel. Taste is very funky with tartness and spice, French Oak?, lemon peel, spice/tart/funk finish. Body is light, low carbonation, velvety, tart bone dry finish. Overall, I have had the beer this was based on and did not care for it. This, however, is fantastic. Certainly my favorite beer of the event! shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - JAN 30, 2012
Keg at Brewdog Camden. Hazy pale blond with white bubbly head. Aroma is bubblegum, sour brett yeast, lots of fruit, peach, banana, raspberry. Very nice. Taste equally good. Great cross between a saison and an Orval. Canít get much better than that for me. Very spritzy and drinkable. Lots of fruit, bit of citrus and a touch of wheat. Nice crisp finish with a touch of bitterness. Really really nice. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 30, 2012
Draft at The Farmersí Cabinet in Philadelphia, PA.
Pours a very hazy, light golden orange color with golden yellow edges and a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Streaks of lace left behind.
Slightly funky, earthy aroma with subtle acetic vinegar undertones along with funky barnyard yeast notes. †Musty and sweaty with a strong citrusy wheat presence. Hints of lemon, musty funk, earthy wood and peppery spice.
Full bodied with a slightly creamy mouthfeel that compliments the tart barnyard funkiness really well. †Slightly vinegary but not acetic or solvent-like. †Earthy, funky yeast with some brett and a subtle lactic presence along with zesty, peppery spice and sweet citrus. †Really well balanced and very quaffable considering the complexity. †I enjoyed this beer immensely. † UXO (1896) - CANADA - DEC 11, 2014
Pours hazy pale gold with two fingers of fluffy loose white head, excellent retention and moderate lacing. (4/5) Nose is moderate to strong Brett funk, citrus, mild honey. (9/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderate to strong bitter, mild peppery spice. (9/10) Medium body, soft carbonation, dry peppery bitter finish. (4/5)
Oh my goodness, this is my kind of beast - itís even named after me! Lovely funky barnyard notes that are pure Belgian all the way. Reminds me of a De Ranke XX or a Goose Island Matilda. Heckuva nice beer. (18/20)
