330ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger of white head that settles down to reveal some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon and other citrus notes with some yeast and grains. Taste is a lemon tartness with a spicy hop bitterness and a grainy malt sweetness finishing yeasty and dry. Medium body with ample carbonation. A nicely done saison.

sample at The Festival. Not my favorite offering from ET. Fruity, red wine, touch of pepper saison characteristics. Didnt seem meld together too well
