COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Bottle, 35cL. @Orleans, bar Delirium Café. A yellow opaque hazy beer with a big white foamy head ; good retention. Biscuit, herbal note, light citrus, flower, fruity syrup. Medium dry bitter refreshing, light to medium sweet, light warming atmosphere. Medium body, light to medium texture, average carbonation, dry herbal biscuit finish. Overall, fair ; disappointing though ; some clues reading my bottle best before april 2016...
