English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Stronger farmhouse that is super earthy. Bubblegum, banana, pepper, lemon, dirt, hay and spicey hop profile make this one a pretty good one. Plus it's got my name in the title! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

the aroma is fruity and spicy with hints of sweet citrus, toffee, flowers and spicy herbs... the taste is fruity and malty with notes of sweet orange, flowers, hay and some spices... sweet, bitter and dry aftertaste...

bottle - Hazy light gold pour, one finger white head... the aroma is of funky yeast, citrus, and spice. The flavor is sweet and a little spicy up front with mild tartness and some good hops bitterness coming through more in the dry finish. Medium bodied. Lively palate. Good beer.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2016 Mętne, złociste. W aromacie cytrusy, dzikość, trawa. Smak lekko drożdżowy, również dziki, orzeźwiający, cytrusowy. Goryczka niska, trawiasta. Ciekawe piwo

puren (1214) - Gdańsk, POLAND - AUG 13, 2016
klarowne, złote, skąpa piana od razu znika;
winny, dziki, delikatne czerwone wino, troszkę drewna;
ciało średnie, mocno nasycone, puszyste, ze słodkim finiszem;
słodki, przyjemny słodki miód, syrop owocowy, delikatna drewniana goryczka;

Light aroma...lightly sweet... interesting beer...taste is bitter sweet at the same time...hops give a mostly floral bitterness to it...while a sweetness permeates throughout and ends up winning on the finish...better with occasional sips rather than just drinking consistently....hops overpower with quick drinking

Sparkling City on Tap. this was the last one of the day, so who knows whether it came out of a bottle or a tap. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, grain, citrus and grass. Medium bodied.

Rating #1763 -2015.06.24 - Bottle from CBI Pours a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of lace. Aroma is funky farmhouse yeast. Clean mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Taste is a crisp sweetness, tempered with herbal notes, mild pepperiness, pronounced sourness from the yeast. Another awesome funky saison.

Where: Old Line Fine Wine Spirits & Bistro. How: 12 ounce bottle. Appearance: Hazy light amber as a color, decent foamy white head forms up nicely but just stays for a while before sinking to some long-lasting bubble sheet on the surface along with some sticky lacing on the glass-side. Carbonation seems to be actively high. Aroma: Coriander, Belgian funk, grassiness, lemons and pepper. Taste: Spice right of the front with a little bit of a grassyness to it as well, almost a little bit of a citrus, with it finishing off a little bit sweet. Palate: super full body mouth feel, has a high carbonation with a great taste. Overall: pretty nice beer, one that you would sit down and slowly enjoy.
