Barril @ rsted. Deep dark brown almost black colour with a small light brown head. Lots of roasted malt in the aroma with chocolate, coffee and some chili notes. Good filling mouthfeel indeed. Lovely roasted maltiness in the flavour with good chocolate, coffee and a nice chili spiciness, peppery. Tasty brew indeed for a chili lover like myself.

JanLaursen (3227) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 10, 2011
Draft, november 2010, rsted Bar: One hell of deep black black. Small but frothy brown head and an intriguing roasted and malty aroma with notes of coffee, chocolate and grassy hops. The taste is bittersweet, massive and roasted, with a warming and very HOT chili attack at the back of the tongue. The most fully realised chili-beer Ive had so far, but be aware: The ABV is well hidden - I had problems finding my way home... (which also explains the timelapse between drinking the beer and finishing my tasting notes).

Ungstrup (36442) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 25, 2010
Draft. A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, dextrose, alcohol, and soy sauce. The flavor is very sweet with notes of chili - starting in the flavor, then burns the palate, and finishes off in the nose. The finish is dry with notes of chili and roasted malt.
