English: This stout looks like soft dookie and some will say it smells and tastes like it too. If you like a thick, creamy and utterly vanillalicious stout youll like this one. If you dont, get yourself something else instead.

Draft at the Pine Box, Seattle. Thick black with tall tan head. Rich lactic coffee and chocolate, heavy milkshake. Intense bitter coffee with thick, rich grape and prune, dark fruit, alcohol and barrels. Chocolate deep funk. Heavy lactic. Pretty interesting beer

Poured out silky smooth and black with a big creamy mediumish brown cap that lasts forever and leaves lovely rings on my glass. This smells wonderful - nothing strange, extra or added. Licorice spice, roast, oatmeal something, not overly sweet rich chocolate and the smell of unused coffee beans inside a bag. The taste is excellent. Citrus bite, sharp tartness, smooth choco bitterness, molasses, dirt, pepper. Highly drinkable. Long bitter and sometimes harsh aftertaste. Mild carbs. Better before reaching room temp.

500ml bottle pours deep black color with a generous light brown head which retains well and leaves some excellent lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild chocolate and vanilla with some roasted grains. Taste is vanilla with a chocolate malty sweetness with some roasted grain and herbal hop bitterness. Medium bodied with some decent carbonation leaving a nice sensation on the palate. This is a very tasty brew that is highly recommended.

On tap at The Lions Pride. Came to the table a solid black color with a huge fluffy tan head that shows great retention and lots of lacing. Smells of vanilla, roast, caramel, and a hint of smoke. Lots of vanilla as promised. The flavor is lots of smoke, vanilla, roast, chocolate, and caramel. I get more smoke and roast than vanilla in the flavor. Thick body with a creamy mouthfeel and a light level of carbonation. Its a nice thick stout, but I found the way that vanilla plays off the other flavor to be a little weird for my taste.

Nose is Jensen chocolate and vanilla brownie. Flavor lends again chocolate and vanilla intensities with cake and coffee notes. Rich and moderately heavy bodies but not over the top. bitter roasty finish. Pretty nice beer.

Pours pitch black with a thick mocha head...amazing lacing and retention! Aroma has roasty vanilla...doughy...a bit like an oatmeal cookie without cinnamon. Flavor has vanilla beneath a very roasty impy...burnt notes and dark espresso...bitter dark chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium and silky/creamy with a very roasty/burnt dry finish.

Strong vanilla and chocolate aroma. Taste first full of vanilla, then dark chocolate, roasted malts and coffee beans and a vanilla aftertaste. Great beer.
