Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours hazy green-brown, with a medium white head. The nose is apple, pear, apple pie and caramel sweetness. The taste is tart green apple, lemon, red apple, sour pear and apple pie, with a juicy-tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Not complex, but enjoyable nonetheless.
