Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured hazy brown color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy dark fruit, chocolate and small alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Moderate to heavy complex sweet flavor with a medium to heavy complex sweet finish of long duration. This is was a standout beer.

Desverger (13692) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 11, 2016
[email protected], Copenhagen (2012) v1 from the cellar - dark brown pour with nice beige head. Medium toasty sweet malty aroma and taste, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, treacle, some great dried fruity and nutty notes, red wine infused wooden nuances, some intriguing spices on the palate, medium sweet bitter finish, has a mature old special character to this. Beautiful.

11.2 oz bottle shared by b3shine. Pours a clear brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have dark caramel malts, dark fruits, wood, a hint of smoke, sweeter barrel notes I can assume came from the Malaga. This is solid and tasty.
