On tap & Hoppiness Beer Stop. Pitch black color with thin creamy light brown head and nice lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, peanuts, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel. Taste starts with medium sweet and rich roasted malt and chocolate, follows by liquid Snickers and mild chili note, mouthfeel is warming, while finish is medium bitter. Full body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. Killer Snickers... balloonbuffoon (533) - - OCT 20, 2017
Growler to large snifter glass. Appears basically black in color with a small amount of medium-brown head. I can make out the cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa in the nose. I like that the added flavorings work well together with not one overpowering another, because I'm not a fan when this occurs with cinnamon and vanilla in beers that I've had using them as focus flavors. Tastes like milk chocolate with soft cinnamon, vanilla, and pepper (when trying to concentrate on picking it out). Alcohol is hidden in palate of bold flavor and thickness of the body. Good for the style, very good as a beer in general. Daboch (104) - Gdansk, POLAND - OCT 17, 2017
Wygląd typowego stouta. Aromat słody palone, czekolada i papryczki. W smaku palone trochę czekolady i oczywiście papryczki ale jakieś przytlumione nie takie jak w mexican cake. Momentami gorzkie w smaku. Brak przełamania od biscotti. Trochę rozczarowuje dambor (792) - Berlin, GERMANY - OCT 17, 2017

22 oz bomber, into a tulip glass. Pours heavy thick brownish black with thin mocha head. Aroma is charred coffee, dark chocolate, lightly fragrant chile heat. Taste is thick, heavily roasty dark chocolate malt; light chile pepper heat, smooth espresso, full rich mouthfeel. Big beer, tons of flavor, needs some barrel time - though I suppose that’s what you pay the big bucks for with regular Mexican Cake. Still, for a widely available distro, this is solid. graigbaxter (18) - - OCT 14, 2017
Sweet smelling beer or sugar and vanilla. Initially sweet, with notes of vanilla, figs, and cinnamon. But quickly fades to slightly bitter beer with coffee notes. Ends somewhere in between with a little bit of spice from the habanero at the end. Not a heavy stout at all and dangerously delicious for 10.5% alcohol.

Bottle. It poured a black color with a tan head. The aroma was of malts, chocolate, caramel and vanilla. The taste was similar to the aroma with more malts, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, some spices and a little heat. It had medium carbonation with a nice heavy aftertaste. Good stuff. Bottle. Brownblack, no head. Intensive aroma. Soft. Figs. Nuts. Hmmm. Very similar taste, sweetish, bit spicy, chilli, huge dried fruit. Enormous dried fruit. Excellent really... fimcd (3) - - OCT 9, 2017 does not count
