Bitter finish. dejlig øl. joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2011

On tap at the Thirsty Monk in Asheville. Pours a mostly clear golden with a creamy white head. Huge retention and lacing. Nose of earthy, grassy hops. Bitter taste. Crisp and lovely. Great for the low ABV, especially. Ungstrup (38384) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 24, 2011
Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and crispy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and crispy hops, leading to a bitter finish. GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 21, 2011
Tap at Paradiso DuPont. Pours a chill hazed light orange with a small white head. Sticky full lace. Tangerine and citrus hop nose with butterscotch. Taste up front is mild butterscotch turning soapy hop bitter with big walnut and nut skin bitterness. No diacetyl. Long, bitter, mildly astringent finish. Hop forward and overtly bitter. Very piney. Non hop heads will be bracing in pain. Thankfully no sticky body and no old candy character. No cheesy hops either. Just a bit too long of a bitter finish.

Bottle from Frank Smith’s. Pours turbid deep canary gold; looks a lot like Two Hearted, perhaps a shade of canary darker, with 1-finger frothy white head. Nose is gigantic piney grapefruity hops, pale malt, fresh ground black pepper. Tastes hoppy, bitter, with grapefruity, peppery, and tangeriney hop notes, a very good complexity, and a crisp finish. One of the hoppiest APAs I have yet quaffed, and just outstanding. Theis (15151) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 19, 2011

draft... a fresh hopped pale that’s quite tastey, very grass and the malt is a bit chewy and lasting but the hopping makes this worth it michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 16, 2011
