COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You know story, a dull-looking guy - he is dry, maybe a tad overweight and lets face it, not very charming. But somehow he hooks up with a piquant, profound, and very attractive girl. She finds him oh so down to earth, loyal and cute, and even though its such an odd paradox, they make a very interesting and charismatic couple.

Poured into tulip glass. Aroma is reminiscent of an extinguished whole log campfire that has been around for about a month, hints of vinegar as well. Appearance was equivalent to an artificial lemon flavored ice tea in a gallon container. The taste was multi-leveled; would dip my sushi in it (soy sauce), tart, slightly mildewed, and vinegar. Palate was soapy and puckering. Wouldnt seek this beer out, but enjoyed the experience.

"In the wide world of sours, just below average. But...I love the style, as the score indicates. Starts off ALL vinegar. Kind of overpowering the aroma especially, but it mellows as it opens, and develops a nice complexity, with vinegar, lemons, dry funk, fruitiness and sweetish malt. Not bad, but overpriced and a one timer for me.

Pours rusty brown color with a finger of eggshell gaseous foam. Nose is apple cider, tart cherry, leather and sugar cookies. Palate is vinegar, some tart cherry and lots of strange earthy qualities.. kind of interesting but a little to much weirdness gong on to really enjoy it !

Bottled between three, Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours hazy brown, thin white head. Sour funk aromas, cherry and a touch of vinegar. Taste has big sourness too, but some dark malt coming through. Good.

Red pour with a white head. The aroma is full of coffee, toffee, nuts and dark fruit. The flavor has some light tart dark fruit notes as well as some toffee, nuts and chocolate. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation.

I have no idea where this bottle came from, possibly Belmont. Pours a ruby brown with a small tan ring around the edge. Big aroma of sour cherries that finishes with straight acetone, a little rough. It does make your mouth water. Flavor is definitely sour but a decent amount of dark, roasted malt makes it to the front too. Okay.

January 2012. Bottle. Pours dark red with a small white head. Cherries, spices, citrus with a sour finish. Not too thrilled about this one.
