Opaque dark brown beer. Suddy pale tan head. Dry crisp palate. Tart sourish fruit and worcester sauce. It’s very much in the Duchesse Du Bourgogne mould - perhaps a little less sour here. Dry crisp finish. All right.
Bottle at Farmer’s Cabinet, shared with MrChopin and staff. Dark murky brown color. Aroma of medicine and vinegar. Taste is similar. Sorry, Jeppe, I’m going to have to take a break from your beers for a while. cgarvieuk (24488) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 2, 2012
