I absolutely loved this beer. The aroma was full of hops but tasty malts as well. Looks great. The flavor was easy to drink, didn’t taste that strong. I did not expect to like this that much but was blown away. Absolutely love it!!

hazy orange with a dense beige head. body seems fairly full and juicy but not sticky or silky, very nice. soft medium-full body.

aroma: lots of sweet malt and fruity hops, some grassy hop notes, and a bit of yeast.

taste: sweet juicy apricot hops, bready malt. Rich and balanced and pleasant.

Molt bona feina. Impactant.

12 oz can from the Yin and Yang four pack at Liberty Beer in Pittsburgh. a beautiful, complex and sublime beer made all the better for the concept of Taiji which warmed my heart. Served by itself without mixing for a yin and yang. Thank you Evil Twin Brewing.

12 oz bottle vrom Capone’s. Pours clear deep coppery orange with frothy 1-finger off-white head. Nose is an absolute 10; a great medley of Pliny the Eldery caramel malt and huge peppery hops, plus some chadonnay notes, feety somcoey notes, and a nose here that I could smell all day. The flavor is bigt caramel malt, spicy peppery hops, chardonnay, and tangerine. Palate is lively, hoppy, with a big malt bill and high complexity level.

Seved On tap.Oversized glass.Enjoyed on jun´11.Pours orangish amber in color.Chill haze.Off white small bubbled froth.Crown is creamy & lasting.Large lacings on sides.Mildy malty aroma, sweet malt hues, estery notes -ripe plums & strawberries- & resiny hops to the nose.Sweet bitter flavor with an slightly fruity touch masking hops. Creamy & buttery mouthfeel.Flavorful body, moderate carbonation.Piney & woody aftertaste.High ABV not warming at all remains well hidden. Two great partners in conjuction to create a big one!

Big hoppy monster, huge bitter hop bite, braced on the palate with citrus sweetness, and a long bitter, aromatic finish.

Dark golden to copper color. Generous piney and caramel aroma. Taste is amazing with solid malt profile that display strong notes of caramel and slight notes of honey and bitter cocoa on the palate. This balances quite well the strong hops profile (that is still very present) that display piney, spruce and herbal notes. Kind of an earthiness too here. The ABV is well hidden here. Although this beer is made to be mixed with a stout, it’s quite an outstanding IPA per se and deserve to be enjoyed on its own.

Butelka 12 fl.oz. Specjalnie by ocenic nabyłem drugą butelkę, potwierdziło pierwsze zauroczenie.
